Module 7 - Class-room training courses

Duration 1 to 7 days.

Class-room courses are provided in a range of topics ranging from clastic sedimentology, sequence stratigraphy to reservoir modeling. Itineraries can be tailored to address specific competency requirements of the clients, or standard courses with proven curricula can be chosen. Standard courses are suitable for geoscience professionals and reservoir engineers with a keen interest in improving their understanding of reservoir geology and reservoir modeling.

Whistler Research courses comprise lectures, individual exercises and group exercises to foster understanding and team work amongst participants. Teaching examples are chosen from actual hydrocarbon reservoirs, outcrops and modern environments to provide the best possible range of experience to the participants. We have provided class-room training courses to major international oil companies, national oil companies and government departments in Southeast Asia, Australia and North Africa.
